Those born in the 1980s and ‘90s have come of age in a culture defined by rapid technological change, 9/11, ongoing war, corporate misdeeds and the Great Recession. Supervisors will learn to identify the unique motivations and expectations of Millennials; develop strategies to address their need for purpose, mentorship and challenge; and coach them on how to adapt to the needs of the workplace.
This program teaches supervisors to focus on developing employees by using formal evaluations to discuss performance and set goals and by giving positive, on-the-spot feedback more frequently.
