Beyond just challenging remarks or jokes that are disrespectful to people’s gender identity or sexual orientation, there are a lot of things coworkers can do to make sure they are respectful and supportive of all identities and orientations.
This training explores specific ways to be respectful: from using proper pronouns and how to overcome mistakes, to encouraging self-education and advocating for policies that are friendly to people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
